This is a continuous album , which i'll be adding songs to as I write them. These are improvisation guitar loops meant for relaxation and meditation. I hope you all enjoy these, as much as I do making them.

I wanted to make this album as a way to give back during the time of COVID 19. We're all hunkered down at home for the most part. I wanted to make something that we could meditate or sleep to. I have as my own meditation made guitar loops before bed sometimes. They often turn into full fledged songs. Sometimes They don't. These are meant to be put on shuffle or repeat. To drift away to , during these stressful times. Thanks so much for being supportive of my art and music throughout the years. It is my thanks to you.
